6 mil waterproof LVP
Entry level, 4.2 mm, bedrooms and light traffic
Our lowest price per foot. Thin wear layer, right for quiet rooms, wrong for a hallway.
Warehouse vs. retail
Most flooring sites will not show you a price until you give them your phone number. Here is ours, next to what the same specification typically sells for in the Tampa and Central Florida market, with the whole-house arithmetic worked out.
Compare like with like: the wear layer, in mils, is the specification that decides how long a floor keeps looking new. What the mil numbers mean →
Entry level, 4.2 mm, bedrooms and light traffic
Our lowest price per foot. Thin wear layer, right for quiet rooms, wrong for a hallway.
Residential, bedrooms, living areas
The entry-level waterproof plank. Retail sells this as a mid-range product.
Commercial grade, rentals, pets, whole house
The biggest gap in the warehouse, and the wear layer most people should buy.
Same wear layer, thicker plank, uneven slabs
What you are paying for here is the core rather than the wear layer. Worth it over a wavy slab.
Heavy commercial, short-term rentals, forever floors
Wide, long planks with a commercial wear layer. Retail treats this as a luxury tier.
Water resistant, dry rooms, tightest budget
Water resistant and never waterproof. We say so. A lot of stores do not.
Material only, with a 10% waste allowance included, using our 20 mil waterproof LVP at $1.79 against the low end of typical retail ($3.29). Installation is separate and is not marked up by us either way.

There is no trick, and there is no lower-grade product hiding behind the number. What is different is how the flooring is bought and what it does not have to pay for on its way to you.
We buy closeout and overrun lots, a mill finishes a production run, a national retailer changes a color line, an importer needs a container gone, and we buy the whole lot at once, in cash, at a price that only works if you take all of it. Then we sell it off the pallet from one warehouse on W. Hillsborough Ave.
There is no showroom to heat, no design consultant on salary, no commissioned sales floor, and no regional distributor taking a margin on the way past. A retail flooring price carries all of that before it carries the flooring.
We would rather you hear these from us than discover them at the counter:
The retail ranges on this page are what comparable specifications commonly sell for in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida market, big-box home improvement stores and flooring specialists alike. They are ranges rather than quotes from any one store, because flooring prices move constantly and vary by location.
Do not take our word for any of it. Take the specification, wear layer in mils, core type, thickness, whether the pad is attached, price it wherever you were going to shop, and come back and compare. That comparison is the entire pitch.
Text us the square footage and the price you have been given elsewhere. We will tell you straight whether we can beat it and by how much, and if we cannot, we will tell you that too.
