Measuring is the customer’s responsibility

Customers are responsible for determining the amount of flooring required for their project. We are glad to talk through your measurements and our flooring calculator will do the arithmetic, including waste, but the final quantity is your call.

Measure each room, add the waste percentage (10% for a straightforward rectangular layout, 15% if the floor is being laid diagonally or the space is cut up with closets, angles and islands), and round up to whole cases. Running short is far more expensive than buying one extra box, because our inventory changes constantly and the exact lot you bought may be gone next week.

Returns

No returns after flooring has been picked up. Once material leaves the warehouse, the sale is final. Please inspect what you are loading before you leave.

Everything else

The following still needs to be finalized before it goes on this page. We will not publish a policy we have not actually agreed on. Call or text 727-421-7726 and we will tell you exactly how we handle it.

• Which forms of payment are accepted: cash, debit, credit and any card surcharge, checks, business checks, financing.
• Whether flooring can be held, for how long, and whether a hold requires a deposit.
• How much a deposit is, and whether it is refundable.
• What happens to an order or a deposit if a customer cancels.
• How damaged boxes are handled, and whether discounted or short-lot material is sold as-is and final sale.
• Whether we deliver, what the radius is, and how it is priced.
• What manufacturer warranty comes with the products, what it covers, and what registration or documentation a customer needs to keep.
