28 mil is the heaviest wear layer we stock, and it is specified for light-commercial use, offices, salons, short-term rentals and any household that simply wears floors out. It is also where the wider, longer plank formats live, which read as a more expensive floor because fewer seams cross the room.

Our premium tier runs $2.59-$2.99 per square foot. That is still below what many retailers charge for 12 mil residential product, and roughly half of what comparable 28 mil flooring typically sells for.
