Warehouse-direct pricing
We buy quality flooring in volume and sell it off the pallet. There is no showroom lease or design department, and no chain of distributors between the mill and you, and every one of those costs normally lives inside the price per square foot.
30-60% below traditional retail
Not on a sale weekend. Every day, on the whole inventory. A 12 mil waterproof plank that runs near $2.99 at a major retailer is $1.59 here, and the arithmetic only gets better as the square footage goes up.
Large local inventory
The flooring is in Tampa, on our floor, right now. We are not taking your order and forwarding it to a warehouse in another state.

In most cases you can buy and load the same visit. You are not waiting four to six weeks for a special order, booking a delivery appointment or waiting on a container.

Come look at the actual plank in actual light. Screens lie about color and texture, and you are about to cover your entire house with this.

Same warehouse price for everyone. You do not need a trade account, a license or a minimum order to be taken seriously. One bedroom is a real job to us.

We are a Tampa business, on W. Hillsborough Ave., answering our own phone. If you need one more case in three weeks, you are calling a person who remembers you.
Where the retail markup actually goes
When you pay $3.50 a square foot at a flooring store, only a fraction of that is the plank. The rest covers a retail lease in a high-traffic shopping center, a lit showroom with sample displays, commissioned sales staff, a designer, a distributor's margin, and a regional warehouse in between. None of it makes the floor better.
We removed those layers. What is left is a large plain building on Hillsborough Ave., pallets of quality waterproof flooring, and a phone we answer ourselves. That is the entire difference, and it is worth roughly half your flooring budget.
Why our prices are on the website
Most flooring sites make you fill out a form to find out what something costs. We think that is backwards, and frankly, a business hides its prices for a reason. Ours are posted on every product page, including the case price and the coverage, so you can do the math on your whole house before you ever pick up the phone.
What we will tell you honestly
We would rather sell you the right floor once than the wrong floor twice. So: a 12 mil wear layer is plenty for a guest bedroom, and paying for 28 mil there is a waste of your money. Laminate is genuinely a better value than LVP in a dry bedroom. And if you have a big dog and three kids, do not buy our cheapest product, buy the 20 mil.
