Ocala is one of the colors in NovaTek’s Prime Collection, our 28 mil line. The 28 mil wear layer is the heaviest we stock and is rated for light commercial use, so it is the one for short-term rentals, offices and any house that wears floors out. The planks are 9 inches wide and 60 inches long, with a 1.5 mm IXPE pad already attached, so there is no underlayment to buy.

The Prime Collection is a thicker 6.5 mm SPC core, 8 mm all in with the pad, which forgives more of an uneven slab. The surface is a matte finish with a ceramic bead coating for scratch resistance, and the edges have a micro bevel. Our wear layer guide explains where 28 mil earns its price.
