Honey Oak

A warm honey-toned oak with a smooth matte surface. This one is worth describing accurately, because it is different from the rest of the warehouse in a way that matters to some people and not at all to others.

Most of our lots are embossed in register, the texture you feel under your hand lines up with the grain you see. This one is not. The surface is smooth, so it reads cleaner and more contemporary up close, and it wipes down faster because there is no texture for grit to sit in. Whether that is a feature or a compromise depends entirely on whether you want a floor that feels like wood or a floor that cleans like a countertop. Come put your hand on it before you decide, that is what the samples at the counter are for.

Everything else is the same specification we sell across the 20 mil range: a 5 mm SPC rigid core, a 1 mm XPS pad attached to the back, click-lock installation with no glue, and a 20 mil wear layer rated for commercial traffic.

Lot EM-0088 is a small lot, the smallest currently on the floor. It is a good fit for a single room, a condo, or a unit turn, and a poor fit for a whole house unless you call first and we confirm there is enough of it left to finish the job. Text us the square footage before you drive over.
