A warm, reddish-brown walnut tone in our widest and longest plank. This is the lot we point most people at when they want something that does not look like every builder-grade floor in Florida, the color has actual depth to it rather than the flat gray-beige that has been the default for a decade.
The 20 mil wear layer is the step that matters. Twenty mil is the commercial threshold: it is what property managers specify for rentals, and it is the wear layer we recommend for any household with dogs, kids, or a floor that has to survive being the main walkway of the house. Retail equivalents with this wear layer and this plank size do not sell for under three dollars a foot.
Construction is a 5 mm SPC rigid core with a 1 mm XPS pad attached to the back. The rigid core is what makes it genuinely waterproof. There is no wood flour in it to swell, and it is also what lets it bridge minor irregularity in an old slab without telegraphing every bump.
At 9.13 inches wide by 60.31 inches long, coverage goes down fast: about 3.8 square feet per plank, roughly 23 square feet per case. A 1,500 square foot house is about 72 cases with a 10% waste allowance, which our calculator will work out for you exactly.
Lot EM-0005. This is the largest single lot in the warehouse, so it is the one to choose if you are flooring several properties and need color consistency across all of them. Text us for current quantity before you commit to a multi-unit job.

Cuts, mistakes and bad boards mean you always need more than the measured area. Running short is worse than one spare case.
